Double Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter Softened
  • 1 Large Egg Beaten
  • Cup White Chocolate Morsels
  • ¼ Cup Macadamia Nuts



  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in butter and egg. Stir until completely mixed. Fold in white chocolate and nuts. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, drop dough onto cookie sheet, leaving space between each drop. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
