Grand Marnier Fudge Balls
  • ½ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 6 Oz. Semisweet Chocolate Squares
  • 3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • (Optional: Coconut Flakes, Crushed Almonds, Cocoa Powder)
  1. Place all ingredients, except optional ingredients, in a medium microwavable bowl. Let heat for about one minute. Stir mixture until it is smooth. Place into freezer for about 20 minutes or until fudge is very firm. Place liners in mini cupcake pan. Using, a tablespoon, scoop out a portion of fudge and roll into a ball with hands. Roll ball quickly or fudge will begin to melt in palms. Roll the ball into optional ingredients. Place fudge ball in cupcake pan and place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
