Farmers Market Grilled Garlic Spicy Salsa

Farmers Market Grilled Garlic Spicy Salsa

I love shopping at our local farmers market. Every week, I buy the freshest fruits and veggies around and go home to make some new recipes.

I love entertaining during the warmer months, so I’m constantly grilling. Yes, I’m a female who loves to grill!

Of course, I have to throw some veggies on the grill. Nothing tastes better than veggies cooked on an open flame!

I had some extra peppers and garlic leftover from another recipe, so I went ahead and cooked them up. I figured a nice fresh salsa would go well with a hint of the good ole’ charcoal grill and some spice.

My farmers market grilled garlic spicy salsa was the perfect recipe to serve my guests. Enjoy!

  10. My comment is actually a question about the amount of garlic in the recipe. I would love to make this – I have been looking for a really good salsa recipe, but in the photograph, an entire bulb of grilled garlic shown, but the recipe calls for only one clove. Which one is correct? Thanks! Karen

    1. Hi, Karen! The written recipe is correct. It only requires one clove of garlic. I included the entire bulb in the photos just for visualization.
