Yep, summer is unofficially here. All I’ve been doing for the past few days is trying to find ways to beat the heat. I’m drinking tons of ice water, running the ac, and I had to pull out my flip flops. Right now I wish I was somewhere near an ocean drinking a tall tropical drink. Since I’m in Colorado right now and I’m not going on vacation anytime soon I’ll settle for this fruity cool drink. Enjoy!

Pineapple Paradise
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pineapple Tidbits Drained, Frozen
- ½ Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Sweetened Condensed Milk
Instructions
-
If pineapples are frozen together, break them apart. In a food processor, blend pineapples, orange juice, and milk until texture is smooth. Serve cold.
