Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love about any cake, milkshake, or cookie that has pumpkin in it! I wish that most of these desserts were available year-round instead of seasonal. Now that pumpkin season is here, I couldn’t wait to bake these cookies. There chocolately, pumpkiney (if that’s a word), and tasty! Enjoy!

Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ Cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Butter Softened
- 1 ½ Cups Pumpkin Puree
- ¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar Packed
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Spice
- 1 ½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs Beaten
- 1 ½ Cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 ½ Cups Pecans Chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix butter, pumpkin, sugars, pumpkin spice, extract, and eggs. Slowly, add flour mixture to egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans, until completely mixed. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes and then let completely cool on wire rack before serving.
