Strawberry and White Chocolate Fruit Dip

If you come to my house you will find my house stocked with fruit. No matter what, I will always have strawberries. The prices rise in the winter and sometimes they get too expensive to buy, but I still have to get them.

A few days ago I went grocery shopping and caught a great sale. Only .99 for a container! Of course I bought quite a few and froze some.

Strawberry and White Chocolate Fruit Dip

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Strawberries Sliced, Destemmed
• 1 Cup Whipped Cream
• 5 Tbsp. Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
• 3 Tbsp. Whole Milk
• 2 Tbsp. White Chocolate Morsels Melted

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Place mixture in airtight container and place in freezer for one hour. Let slightly defrost before serving. Serve with sliced fruit or graham crackers.
