In a small pan over medium to low heat, warm the water. Do not allow to boil. Slowly stir in Fels-Naptha. Pour oil into the pan.

In a small bowl, mix baking soda and borax. Slowly pour into the pot and stir. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Stir occasionally.

After the mixture thickens, use the funnel to put into the squeezable container. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water and warm over low heat.

Squeeze under the rim of your toilet. Allow to set for 10 minutes. Clean off remaining residue with a toilet brush, then flush the toilet.
