Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 Ears of Fresh From Florida Yellow Corn Husk removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter Salted
  • ½ Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Shredded Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Rub each ear of corn with ¼ tbsp. butter. Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, and parsley evenly onto ears of corn. Place corn onto cookie sheet line with foil. Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Turn corn and sprinkle ¼ tbsp. of parmesan on each ear of corn. Continue to bake for 10 more minutes or until corn is slightly caramelized brown. Eat warm.
