Smoky Nacho Cheese Dip

Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Over low to medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and salt and mix with wire whisk until a roux forms. Pour in remaining ingredients and mix until cheese is completely melted. Serve over nachos or with your favor dipping foods.
