Have you ever sat down and looked over the past few weeks of summer?
Kids are out of school, vacations have been planned, you’ve driven your little ones to camp, and you still haven’t had time for yourself. I’ve been feeling like this a lot lately and I needed something to help me unwind.
I know, I know—I should find another way to unwind beside having a drink, but I very rarely have one and all I’ve been drinking lately is water. It was about time for me to have a grownup drink and relax at the end of a long day.
So, if you’re having a hectic summer and need a little relaxation I want to share this Grand Marnier Summer Breeze Cocktail with you.
The flavors of mango and pineapple paired with the sweetness of Grand Marnier makes this one of the best Grand Marnier drink recipes I’ve ever had!
- 5 Cups Mango Juice
- ¾ Cup Grand Marnier
- ¾ Cup Light Rum
- 20 Oz. Can Crushed Pineapple in Pineapple Juice
- 1 Large Orange, Sliced
- Pour all ingredients, except orange slices, into a large pitcher. With wooden mixing spoon, stir until completely mixed. Place orange slices into pitcher. Serve over ice.
If you’re having a Caribbean-themed party, you may want to make this Pollo Tropical chicken copycat recipe with tropic pollo marinade.
Enjoy and remember to drink your Grand Marnier cocktail responsibly!
